Zinedine Zidane

After winning La Liga twice and winning three Champions League titles, Zinedine Zidane chose to leave Real Madrid this summer, and since then he has been without a coaching assignment. Zidane has been mentioned as a potential replacement for Ole Gunnar Solskj√¶r, who is said to be hanging loose at Manchester United, but according to information, the former playmaker isn’t interested in that assignment.

Now comes information that the 49-year-old has instead set his sights on taking over another big club in European top football. According to Foot Mercato, Zinedine Zidane dreams of coaching Paris Saint-Germain in the future.

In previous interviews, Zidane has said that he has taken a sabbatical year, but according to the information, “Zizou” would be open to take over PSG if given the opportunity. The French big club is currently being coached by former Tottenham coach Mauricio Pochettino, who has endured criticism during the start of the season.
